Not all realtors are created equal before Al became our realtor, our home had been on the market for 18 days, in a community where homes were selling within 7 days, several prospects came to our house and many were interested but no offers we decided to switch realtors and asked Al if he would represent us He sold our home within 24 hrs of posting it! We happened to get Al after requesting info on a new home. My husband and I were very reluctant after having two previous agents recommended and turned out to be very disappointing.
