About Arcadia, Phoenix AZ 85018
Living in Arcadia
Arcadia got its start in the early 1900s on former citrus orchards, and many streets still have mature trees and flood-irrigated yards. It generally runs from 44th Street to 68th Street between Camelback Road and the Arizona Canal, with a mix of original ranch homes, remodels and newer custom builds on lots that are often larger than you'll find elsewhere in central Phoenix.
Getting Around Arcadia
You're close to local restaurants and shops along Camelback and Indian School, Camelback Mountain trailheads, Old Town Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport. School options vary by street, so I'm happy to help you confirm which schools serve a specific home before you make a decision.
